  • Do you allow pets?

    We warmly welcome all your beloved animal companions to join you here! For a one-time fee of just $50, your pets can enjoy our delightful spaces right alongside you. Any breed or size is welcome, as long as they are friendly. We look forward to meeting your furry, feathered, or scaly friends and making them feel at home.

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Our check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. This is to ensure our team has enough time to provide the cleanest and freshest accomodations for each guest. 

  • Do you allow early or late check-outs?

    While we cherish every moment of your stay with us, we regretfully cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Rest assured, during your designated time with us, we will make every effort to ensure your experience is as delightful and comfortable as possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you warmly during your scheduled stay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We are pleased to offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Is there a housekeeping service?

    You're provided basic toiletires such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc but we do not provide housekeeping service or replenish these supplies during your stay. You would be responsible for any refills needed after utilizing what's available at arrival.
